Before using a product

You should seek appropriate medical advice before use if you:

  • Have a diagnosed medical condition;

  • Have active cancer or are receiving cancer treatment;

  • Take medication or supplements that cause photosensitivity;

  • Have unexplained pain, swelling or skin changes; or

  • Have been advised to avoid light-based treatments.

Safe use

Always:

  • Read and follow the supplied instructions;

  • Use the recommended treatment distance and session duration;

  • Avoid staring directly into illuminated LEDs;

  • Consider suitable eye protection, particularly during facial treatment;

  • Keep the product dry and adequately ventilated;

  • Keep children and pets away during use;

  • Check the product and power cable for damage; and

  • Stop using the product if it becomes damaged or behaves unexpectedly.

Eye protection is not included unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Stop treatment and seek appropriate advice if you experience pain, burns, persistent irritation, visual symptoms or another unexpected reaction.

Redara Therapy is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, excessive use, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
