These terms apply to purchases made through www.redara.co.uk.

Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. Colours, packaging and minor design details may vary.
Our products carry CE and UKCA markings. They are sold as wellness products and are not marketed as medical devices.
You are responsible for ensuring that a product is suitable for your intended use, available space and electrical supply.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
The product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
There is an obvious pricing or description error;
We cannot deliver to the supplied address; or
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes and duties.
We are not currently VAT registered.
Payments may be processed securely through Squarespace, Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Commercial and bespoke orders
Commercial installations and bespoke packages may be subject to a separate quotation.
Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is required before bespoke production or work begins. The deposit becomes non-refundable once bespoke production or agreed work has started.
The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the quotation.
Products made or altered to a customer’s specifications may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
We also offer installation for commercial customers. The scope, price and site requirements will be confirmed in writing.
Product use
Products must only be used by people aged 18 or over and in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, excessive use, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
For business customers, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or indirect losses. Our total liability to a business customer will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded, or your statutory consumer rights.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, natural disasters or supply-chain disruption.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise any delay and keep you informed.
Intellectual property
The Redara Therapy name, branding, photographs, product descriptions and website content belong to us or are used under licence. They must not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers outside England and Wales may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in the country where they live.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
